SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Flat rate shipping of $5.99 per order. Free shipping on orders of $75. Delivery times vary based on carrier and location.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, followed by a tracking number once the item ships.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect address entry.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of:

• the damaged product

• the packaging

• the shipping box

We will assist with filing a carrier claim.
Carrier damage does not qualify for returns or refunds.
